Review

With CD Data Rescue we can rescue our damaged CDs, which allows us to rescue our information.
When we open the program we can find a compact interface, which is very easy to handle. In a few steps we can have our information with us.
We can find one toolbar, one window where we can observe the files that we want to recover and we can select the settings that we want to apply to our CD.
We can select between different types of recovery (good, fair, poor or bad).
We can autodetect the corrupted file, set the CD devices, and we can choose between two different recovery modes A (this mode is used for CDs recorded in ISO-9660 format) and B (this mode is used for CD recorded in UDF format).
In the mode A we can refresh the info, select the session, select the default session, auto filenames and force short filenames.
And in the mode B we can scan all CD-ROM sessions, the last session, scan in auto and more.
In addition, even one part or more of our files are damaged the program can OverRescue this files.
The recovery proccess is really fast and in a few minutes is done.
This program is very useful for recovering our CD´s data, when we have important information that we lost.
Advantages
  • Can overrescue and Overwrite the files, we can rename the unnamed files, autodetect the corrupted file, set the CD devices, scan all CD-ROM sessions and more.
Disadvantages
  • Has no disadvantages.
